Dear Parents,

We are excited to share Grandma’s Reiki Teachings in the Golden Castle, a heartfelt story co-written by myself and my daughter, Rosie. This enchanting tale follows the adventures of Sebo, Rosie, and Fiona as they learn the healing power of Reiki from their wise and loving Grandma.

When Grandma visits from Long Beach, she brings more than just hugs and stories—she introduces the children to the ancient practice of Reiki. Through her teachings, they discover how to channel positive energy, empower their surroundings, and bring healing to their golden castle, their forest, and even the creatures who live there.

This story gently introduces children to the concepts of energy healing, mindfulness, and the interconnectedness of all living things. By learning to channel love and balance into their daily lives, the characters inspire readers to explore their own capacity for kindness, gratitude, and inner peace.

Rosie and I wrote this story to celebrate the wisdom passed down through generations and to encourage children to see the world with compassion and wonder. Grandma’s Reiki Teachings in the Golden Castle also provides a beautiful opportunity to open conversations about self-care, emotional well-being, and the importance of nurturing ourselves and others.
